(4) rigidity of the slide brace The rigidity of the slide brace should be judged according to the test, which can be distinguished from the different forces suffered by the window in 3 different parts to determine whether the performance of the slide brace meets the requirements.
(5) repeated opening and closing The repeated opening and closing of the window sash 25,000 times is an inevitable experiment, only after 25,000 repeated opening and closing, the opening and closing force of the window should not exceed 80N is considered qualified.
(6) the strength of the slide brace in the window sash open to a large position after the external force of 1000N, if not cause loosening, is qualified door and window hardware.
(7) the window sash hanging weights window sash open with slide brace to withstand the pressure of 1000N for 5 minutes, slide brace all parts are intact condition, doors and windows slide brace belong to qualified products.
Second, single-point latch Single-point latch for aluminum sliding windows, interior sliding doors, including semi-circular lock and hook lock, etc.
(1) the strength of the latching parts single-point latching parts after being subjected to 400N pressure, should not produce destruction, the use of a single electric latch operating force should be less than 20N, considered qualified single-point latch.
(2) single point latch after 15000 times of repeated experiments, open and close should be maintained in normal use, to be considered qualified latch.
